Bill is a trial lawyer focusing his practice on personal injury, negligence, insurance bad faith, worker’s compensation and social security disability cases.
He has successfully obtained recoveries for individuals killed or injured in automobile accidents, car versus bicycle collisions, truck crashes, and those injured by dangerous property conditions.
Bill has been representing injured people since he began practicing law in 2005. Through countless cases, he has developed courtroom expertise and experience that enable him to obtain just results for victims of negligence. Bill has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
Bill enjoys the personal relationship that develops when working closely with a client to achieve the best outcome under the specific details of the situation. No two cases are the same. Each client deserves individual attention and a case plan tailored to the client’s needs and desires.
Bill is an avid cyclist. He has competed in road cycling races and mountain bike races in the past, but these days he rides for fun, transportation and well-being. He often commutes several miles to work by bike, which keeps him intimately familiar with the conditions faced by cyclists who ride in close proximity to motorists. He also enjoys hiking, running, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. When he has a chance to get away, it’s usually to go camping with his wife and their two daughters.
Bill earned his law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While at Temple, he worked in legal clinical positions at the Philadelphia Public Defenders’ Office and the City of Philadelphia Solicitor’s Office. He also worked as a student assistant for two years, assisting a Temple Law professor with researching intellectual property, antitrust, and corporate law issues.
Prior to attending law school, Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
Bill is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, Larimer County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. He is a member in the 2018 class of the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) program, whose mission is to “enhance, promote and inspire the leadership of the legal profession.”
